NEMO T Transmitter

The NEMO T Transmitter is an ATEX-certified multiparameter transmitter that has been specially developed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. With up to ten channels, it supports a wide range of sensors – from analogue and ISM to RS485 and Bluetooth interfaces. This gives you maximum flexibility for a wide variety of applications in the water and wastewater sector.

In addition to pure data acquisition, the NEMO T can be expanded with an intelligent sampling function on request. In combination with LTE or RS485 communication, the system enables seamless recording, transmission and evaluation of all measurement and sampling data – reliably and in real time.

Thanks to its robust design, simple operation and integrated safety functions, the NEMO T is the ideal solution for operators who want to ensure safety, precision and efficiency in critical environments. In addition, the connection to the ORI Mcloud provides a convenient overview of all measuring points – anytime, anywhere.

Multiparameter

The NEMO T Transmitter is designed for versatile measurement tasks and supports up to ten channels. In addition to classic analogue inputs, modern ISM sensors, RS485 modules and Bluetooth sensors can also be connected. It thus reliably covers a wide range of parameters such as pH, redox, oxygen, conductivity and temperature.

All sensors are centrally recorded, controlled and documented. This allows users to maintain an overview at all times without having to operate several devices in parallel. The flexible combination of different sensor types makes the NEMO T a true all-rounder for a wide range of applications.

Whether in municipal sewage treatment plants, industrial processes or for special measurements in the field, the multi-parameter transmitter ensures precise results and a high degree of adaptability to individual requirements.

Easy integration of sampling

The NEMO T Transmitter can be expanded into an intelligent sampling system in just a few simple steps. Different sampling types – whether time-, quantity- or event-controlled – can be implemented flexibly and deliver representative results at exactly the right moment.

Thanks to modern communication via LTE or RS485, measurement and sampling data are transmitted reliably. Samples can even be started, stopped or queried via text message. The NEMO T thus combines precise measurement technology with convenient remote control.

Easy to use

Data recording and transmission

With 8 GB of internal memory, the NEMO T offers sufficient capacity for the complete documentation of all connected sensors. Event-driven recordings can be implemented as well as continuous measurement series.

Various transmission options are available: wired via RS485 or wireless via LTE modem. This ensures that all data is reliably transmitted to central systems – in real time and regardless of location.

Measurement data logging

All measurement and sampling data is reliably documented. These logs can be integrated directly into higher-level systems such as PLCs via the RS485 interface.

This enables seamless integration into industrial processes – with precise data that is available at all times and can be processed flexibly.

Communication

The NEMO T Box can be optionally equipped with a 4G (LTE)/2G modem. ATEX-certified according to II 2G IIB T4, it is suitable for use in Zone 1 – e.g. directly from the manhole or other potentially explosive areas. Data transmission is time-controlled or event-based – via email, FTP, SMS or directly to the ORI Mcloud. Sampling and status queries can be conveniently triggered via SMS.

Alert AI & Sentry

Alert AI
With the upcoming Alert AI feature, deviations in the sewage system are detected early on thanks to AI-supported anomaly detection. This allows problems to be identified more quickly and resolved in a targeted manner.

The Sentry option expands these possibilities: fingerprint comparisons can be used to identify even individual sources of contamination in the collection sewer. The NEMO T thus opens up new perspectives for predictive process monitoring.
